    Norwegian Takeout Night: Halloween


    Enjoy Chef Pelle's cooking from the comfort of your own home with the absolute best Halloween dinner!

    Main Course: Cajun seared salmon with crawfish sauce

    Dessert: New York cheesecake with cherry sauce  

     

    Chef Pelle is also preparing & selling gravlaks (sliced, vacuum packed by the pound, with sauce), and pints of different herrings (mustard, onion, tomato cherry chive, curry, creamy crisp caviar), for pickup at the Club:

    3-course dinner for only $25.

    Menu: Choice between Norwegian Meatballs or Fish

    Starter:  Creamy Mushrooms soup

    Main Course Option 1: Norwegian meatballs with grilled onion Lingonberry & mashed potatoes

    Main Course Option 2: Chef's choice of fish

    Dessert: Tiramisu

     


    Chef Pelle is also preparing & selling gravlaks (sliced, vacuum packed by the pound, with sauce), and pints of different herrings (mustard, onion, tomato cherry chive, curry, creamy crisp caviar), for pickup at the Club:
